do i need shoes? 

studio socks or studio shoes are recommended but not necessary.  the slip sliding on the sweat is easier to manage with them.

do you provide water?

we do but it is very important that you are hydrated before class and eat something before class.

should i arrive early?

yes we suggest arriving 5-10 minutes early as class starts promptly at the scheduled time.

when class begins, any open mats will be filled by someone from the wait list.  

do i need to be in shape?

our classes are vigorous workouts indeed.  all fitness levels are welcome and you can go at your own pace.

all you need is willingness. 

do i need a mat?

please bring your own.

does the studio have showers?

 unfortunately the studio does not provide them.
