pure core - is a 75-minute mind-body experience, working every muscle from the ground up.  using pilates, yoga, ballet principles , no props, it is just you and your body.

pure cardio -60 min targeted muscle-sculpting moves are punctuated with bursts of cardio, challenging your body and building an intense fire that transforms every muscle group. throughout the entire class, your heart is pumping, your muscles are screaming and change is happening.  expect challenging workouts designed around fun, playful music with motivational cueing - when you think you just can't anymore, you push yourself, find endorphins and do. 

pure sculpt & stretch - 55-minute class with pilates abdominal work and athletic yoga ends with a series of pacifying forward folds to reward your muscles and calm your nervous system. seals your hard work, leaving you relaxed with a clear head and feeling of accomplishment and bliss.

pure stretch- lengthen and lean with pure stretch...we will put in a few killer abs to top you off! Enjoy the flow and movement of this class. Letting your muscles lean up and lengthen perfect compliment to your BarreAmped & pure cardio... 45 minutes you will feel refreshed and renewed! All levels welcome!

pure abs is the best way to warm up before a barre class! We offer 30 minutes no stop pilates with a twist for pure abs. Get deep into your core... perfect way to trim down that waistline. All levels invited and only $5.00 for clients with out unlimited packages. Burn to a skinny midline! 

BarreAmped: is an extreme fitness method founded on the technique of dance, the mind body aspect of yoga, and the precision and core integration of Pilates. BarreAmped produces lengthening and chiseling results fast.  By utilizing a barre to achieve optimal positioning; we use small isolated holds with tiny movements and tremendous mental connection. BarreAmped is proven to increase metabolism, burn fat, and lengthen tight muscles. With commitment to the technique, you get recognizable results exactly where you want them.  Expect an extreme challenge and prepare to leave feeling calmly energized with this hands on personal group training session.

BarreAmped Advanced Open:  Same format as our BarreAmped class. BarreAmped Advanced Open will have longer holds, deeper positions & quicker transitions. This class is suitable for ALL LEVELS & modifications will be made for beginners.

BarreAmped Boot Camp: uses the classic foundation of BarreAmped combined with cardio intervals. This program relies on high intensity interval training, which has been proven to burn fat faster than sustained endurance training, making it suitable for ALL fitness levels. BarreAmped Boot Camp will shake up your workout! This class is the most fun & effective way to burn fat, lose weight and change your body.

BarreAmped Fire:  is our toughest class. It relies heavily on the client's proven technique, flexibility & strength. Full range of motion moves, quick transitions, elements of cardio and advanced dynamic stretching. Prepare to Shake to Change! A minimum of 10 BarreAmped classes are recommended before entering this class. 

BarreAmped Extreme Cardio Boot Camp:  This is a total body workout that involves light weights & ball used on the mat.  You will be challenged and learn the correct posture and movements.  This is a sculpting workout that will challenge all levels. You will need a TOWEL and MAT for this workout! This class is offered in 12 week secessions and will be on the schedule soon. Sure to be a favorite!!
